-Super low formaldehyde, It is suitable for rigid finishing of polyester, nylon and its blended fabric, and can be used as crosslinking agent.

Application:

HP-632 is easily soluble in water, dilute it before use. Can be used for exhaust and padding process.

Mixing liquid, then rolling (with liquid rate 70-80%) and baking (180-200 c * 90-45s).

Phosphorus acid(85%): 13-18G/L

Softening agent: 10-20G/L

Penetrating agent: 0-1G/L

Operating and safety instructions:

1. Before treatment, adjust pH value to neutral.

2. If used with catalyst, please dilute the product as per actual need.

3. Resin treatment will affect strength of fabric, we suggest user to make trials as per factory equipment.

4. To avoid content of formaldehyde on fabric, please make sure adequate catalyst reaction and heating. Do not use HP-650 by immoderate dosage. Please make trials before use.

5. To ensure the safety, you should review our Material Safety Data Sheets before using this product under special conditions.

Package & Storage:

Plastic drum net 140 kg, can be stored for 6 months under room temperature and hermetic condition without exposure to sunlight. To ensure that the product quality is maintained, please check the period of validity of the product, and should be used up before the validity. The container should be tightly sealed when not in use. It should be stored without prolonged exposure to extreme heat and cold conditions, which may cause product separation. If the product is separated, stir the contents. If the product is frozen, thaw it at warm condition and stir after thawed.
