Introduction:

Hopeflam NLD-L, the new organic phosphorous halogen-free flame retardant, has the dual effects of plasticizing and flame retardant. It can effectively avoid the toxic gas and corrosiveness generated by halogen flame retardants, which is in line with the current development trend of flame retardants. It can be used as a flame retardant for viscose fiber and has spinnability. Used for long and short filaments, making the flame retardancy permanent. It is highly stable under acidic and alkaline media and redox active conditions, has little effect on fiber production and viscose processing, does not require special adjustments to the spinning process. It has little effect on the whiteness and light stability of treated textiles. It has no negative impact on post-processing procedures including dyeing, and it is difficult to extract through washing procedures even under harsh dry-cleaning conditions.

Application:

As a reactive FR, it can be added to the viscose collagen solution for spinning (filament, staple fiber). The dosage for viscose fiber is 40-60%, and the LOI value of viscose fiber is greater than 27, and the FR performance is durable. After multiple washings, it still has a high-efficiency flame retardant effect.
