Notes:

1. Semi-finished products (gross effect): Completely remove fabric impurities, such as pulp, floating color, silicon-containing substances and other components that affect the flame retardant effect; and keep the PH value of the fabric surface at a medium and slightly acidic. Finishing semi-finished products should have good permeability to ensure uniform and rapid penetration of liquid on the left, middle and right sides of the fabric.

2. Shade: Proofing of the whole process, taking into account the degree of discoloration after flame retardant finishing in advance.

3. Auxiliary: operate in strict accordance with the above-mentioned order of chemicals.

4. Liquid rate: To ensure the full penetration of the working fluid, the time between rolling and drying should be as long as possible.

5. Processing process: The various processes of flame retardant finishing should be closely connected, especially after baking, it should be washed in time to avoid unnecessary loss of strength and changes in color and light.

6. Ventilation device: Make sure that the drying and baking equipment is well ventilated.

7. Equipment cleaning: In order to ensure the smooth production of fabrics and reduce contamination, regular equipment cleaning is very necessary.

8. Fabric after finishing: The PH value of the fabric surface after finishing should be neutral to light alkaline, and the indicators such as flame retardant effect and fabric strength should be detected in time.
