Hopebright ER-II
Introduction:
It is mainly used for whitening and brightening of polyester fiber and blend fabric as well as plastic chemical fiber and artificial leather.
ER-II whitening agent is stilbene-like compound, soluble in various organic solvents, not soluble in water, appearing nonionic. Its prominent feature is to formulate with ER-I, ER-III and other structural whitening agent as certain proportion and produce additive effect (synergistic effect).
Compared with un-formulated whitening agent, formulated whitening agent can enhance about 15% of synergistic effect. Add formulated whitening agent into various additives to formulate 20% lactescence, which is used for whitening of polyester fiber in printing and dyeing industry, under the condition of achieving same whiteness and
color light, dosage of formulated whitening agent is 10-15% less than dosage of un-formulated ER-I serous fluid, so it is in possession of prominent commercial value.

Application:
1. When used for whitening of reclaimed materials of chemical fiber, especially of short chemical fiber, the application method is basically same with that of ER-I, but the whiteness is better than that of ER-I under the condition of same dosage; or the dosage can be about 10-15% less under the condition of achieving same whiteness.
2. When preparing 20% lactescence by adopting formulated whitening agent, the grinding and operating method is basically same with that of ER-I, but the whiteness is better than that of unformulated one under the condition of same dosage; or the dosage can be about 10-15% less under the condition of achieving same whiteness.
