Application:

Hopebright NFW is a powdery product. Before dilute, make it to paste form by adding 1 part of NFW and 2 parts of cold water, then add hot water at 70-80℃ by 50 times of the diluted paste, stir and filter evenly, ready for use. It is suitable for over-flow
machine, jigger, etc.
1. Used for wool fabric / silk
Dyeing process
Dosage: Hopebright NFW 0.1-0.5% o.w.f ，adjusting pH=4 with acetic acid.
Bath ratio: 40:1 - 20:1
Time / Temperature: 50-60℃ x 60-120 minutes.
2. Used for nylon fabric
Dyeing process
Dosage: Hopebright NFW 0.1-0.5% o.w.f, adjusting pH=4-6 with acetic acid.
Bath ratio: 20:1 - 10:1
Time / Temperature: 100 ℃ x 20-60 minutes.
Note: Actual process should be adjusted according to preliminary tries.

Operating and safety instructions:
1. Suggest weighing and diluting separately when preparing the solution.
2. Strongly recommend using soft water in dilution, if soft water is not available, the stability needs to be tested before making the solution.
3. After dilution, it should not be stored for a long time.
4. To ensure the safety, you should review our Material Safety Data Sheets before using this product under special conditions. 
Package & Storage:
Cardboard drum 25 kg, can be stored for 12 months under room temperature and hermetic condition without exposure to sunlight.
