Hopebright PS-1

-Textile optical brightening agent.
-Hopebright PS-1 is a kind of ideal optical brightening agent for polyester. Mainly used in whitening of polyester and its blends. And could be used in whitening of acetate fiber. Suitable for exhaustion and padding process.

Application:

Hopebright PS-1 is viscous liquid, it should be stirred evenly before using. Please dilute the product with water at ratio 1:20 then use. It is suitable in whitening process of overflow dyeing, jig dyeing machine, continuous padding equipment etc.
1. Pad-thermosol
process: Dosage:
1-3 g/L
Procedure: Dipping and padding twice (pick-up: 70%)→Pre- curing(100℃)→Curing (180-200℃, 20-30 s)
Attention: Fabric must be rinsed thoroughly after pretreatment to ensure there is no residual alkali on fabric.
2. Exhaustion process:
Dosage: 0.1-0.3%(o.w.f)
pH: 5-6
L/R: 1:10
Temperature: 130℃
Time: 30-60 min
Note: Actual process should be adjusted according to preliminary tries.

Attention:
1. Rinse the fabric thoroughly to ensure there is no residual alkali on fabric after whitening under alkaline condition.
2. If dyeing fabric under low temperature with exhaustion process, the fabric should be cured under high temperature about 180℃ to ensure full developing of its whiteness.
The closer of exhaustion temperature to 130℃, the better whiteness will be obtained.

Operating and safety instructions:

1. Suggest weighing and diluting separately when preparing the solution.
2. Strongly recommend using soft water in dilution, if soft water is not available, the stability needs to be tested before making the solution.
3. After dilution, it should not be stored for a long time.
4. To ensure the safety, you should review our Material Safety Data Sheets before using this product under special conditions.
Package & Storage:
Plastic drum net 125 kg, can be stored for 6 months under room temperature and hermetic condition without exposure to sunlight.
