- Hopebright 4BK-R is an optical brightening agent with violet-red shade, mainly used for whitening of cotton, T/C, also suitable for alkali-hydrogen peroxide and whitening in one bath.

Application:
Hopebright 4BK-R is a powdery product. Before dilute, make it to paste form by adding 1 part of 4BK-R and 2 parts of cold water, then add hot water at 70-80℃ by 50 times of the diluted paste, stir and filter evenly, ready for use. It is suitable for over-flow machine, jigger, etc.
1. Exhaustion whitening process:
Dosage: 0.1-0.8% (o.w.f)
Anhydrous sodium sulfate: 0-15 g/L
Temperature: 80-100℃
Time: 20-40 mins
2. Pretreatment and whitening in one bath:
Dosage: 0.1-0.8%(o.w.f)
Scouring agent: 0.3-0.5 g/L
NaOH: 2-5% (o.w.f)
H 2 O 2 (100%): 2-3 %(o.w.f)
Hydrogen peroxide stabilizer: 0.2 %(o.w.f)
Temperature: 95-100℃
Time: 40-60 min
Note: Actual process should be adjusted according to preliminary tries.
Operating and safety instructions:
1. Suggest weighing and diluting separately when preparing the solution.
2. Strongly recommend using soft water in dilution, if soft water is not available, the stability needs to be tested before making the solution.
3. After dilution, it should not be stored for a long time.

Package & Storage:
Cardboard drum 25 kg, can be stored for 12 months under room temperature and hermetic condition without exposure to sunlight.
