Introduction:

UV 144 is a blocked amine stabilizer with partially blocked phenols-resistant oxygen behavior.The product reduces the cracking and loss of the paint, thus significantly extending the service life of the paint film.Powder spraying has a friction gun effect and improves the static adhesion of the powder.

Application:
UV 144 can be applied in the following fields: powder coating, rolled steel coating, automotive paint.
The product is used with the UV absorber, and the weather resistance of the coating is significantly improved. Synergy will make the paint work better, well inhibiting light loss, cracking, foaming, shedding and discoloration. It can also inhibit the resin yellowing caused by baking at high temperature.
This product can be added to the medium coating and cover light paint in the double layer system car paint, and in our experience, adding the optical stabilizer to the last coating provides the best protection effect.
For powder coatings, UV 144 can make friction and charge powder coatings, this performance can bring the following benefits:
1. Improve the powder rate in friction and electrostatic spraying, and reduce the
amount of powder recovery
