Application:
UV988 is suitable for UV absorption of plastic materials, especially engineering plastics such as polycarbonate and polyester. The general addition amount is about 3%. It can also be used in PVC, styrene, etc. This product won’t affect the color and transparency of plastics, can improve the light stability of polycarbonate, polyester resins, etc. and reduce yellowing. It can also better reduce the yellowing of polycarbonate (automotive film) under harsh weather conditions.
