Features:
1. Good water solubility and can be dissolved in 3-5 times boiling water, and its solubility is 300 g per liter in boiling water and 150 g per liter in cooling water.
2. Good resistance to hard water, the ions of Ca2+ and Mg2+ have no influence on its whitening effect.
3. Can be used in the same bath with anionic or non ionic surfactants.
4. Good resistance to peroxide bleach agent and containing reductive bleaching agent (sodium hydrosulfite).
5. General acid-resistance and the optimal applied pH value >7.
Application field:
1. Used for cotton fiber and viscose fiber.
2. Used in the syrup of discharge pattern of printing color.
3. Used in paper pulp.
4. Used in the process of surface gluing of paper.
5. Used in the process of paper coating.
Application for cotton:
Bath temperature is about 60-100℃, holding time is about 20-40 minutes, bath ratio is 1:20, the dosage is 0.1-0.5%.
Application for paper:
1. It can be added directly into the pulp, the usual dosage: 0.05-1.2% on dry pulp
2. In surface sizing, it can be used together with PVA, CMC and starch to obtain better whitening effect. The usual dosage: 0.5~10g/L.
3. In the coating process, it can be added in any stage. It will get better effect when used together with PVA, CMC and starch. The usual dosage: 0.1-1.4% on dry white pigment.
Package:
Packed in cardboard bucket after being packed in plastic bag first. Net weight per bucket is 25 kg or 50 kg.
Transportation:
Should avoid sunlight and crash.
Storage:
Should be stored in cool, dry and ventilate place, shelf life is 24 months.
