Performance:

DTPMP is miscible with water, and has good scale inhibition effect on calcium sulfate, calcium carbonate and barium sulfate. Especially in alkaline solution (pH10~11), DTPMP still has good scale inhibition effect on calcium carbonate.

DTPMP has unique properties compared with organic phosphonate water quality stabilizers:

(1) In alkaline solution (pH10~11), it still has good scale inhibition effect on calcium carbonate.

(2) It has good scale inhibition effect on barium sulfate.

(3) It has excellent corrosion inhibition effect.

(4) It is a stabilizer of chlorine dioxide fungicide.

Application:

DTPMP is an excellent corrosion and scale inhibitor for circulating cooling water and boiler water, especially suitable for alkaline circulating cooling water as a scale and corrosion inhibitor without PH adjustment. Meanwhile, DTPMP can be used for oilfield water injection, cooling water and boiler water with high content of barium carbonate as a corrosion and scale inhibitor. DTPMP also can be used as a peroxide stabilizer, a chelating agent for textile printing and dyeing, a dispersant for pigments, and a concrete additive. In addition, DTPMP also been widely used in papermaking, electroplating, metal pickling and cosmetics. DTPMP can also be used as a stabilizer for oxidative fungicides.

Packaging and storage:

DTPMP is packaged in plastic drums of 25kg or 250kg, which can also be determined according to customers’ needs. Storage should be in the cool and ventilated indoor space, and the storage period is ten months.

Safety protection:

DTPMP is acidic and should avoid contacting with eyes, skin, or clothing. Once splashed onto the body, it should be immediately rinsed with plenty of water.
