Performance:
PBTC has low phosphorus content. Because of the structural characteristics of both phosphoric acid and carboxylic acid, it has good corrosion inhibition and scale inhibition performance. Compared with common organic phosphonic acid, PBTC has excellent properties, and its scale inhibition performance at high temperature is much better than organic phosphonic acid. PBTC can improve the solubility of zinc salt, even at the PH of 9.5 can be in a state of dissolution with zinc salt.
Application:
Widely used in corrosion and scale inhibition of circulating cooling water system and oil field water injection system, especially suitable for compound use with zinc salt and copolymer. It can be used in high temperature, high hardness, high alkali and need high concentration cases. PBTC can be used as chelating agent and metal cleaning agent in washing industry. Mixed with zinc salt and added to the cooling water, it can improve the corrosion inhibition performance and scale inhibition ability in the alkaline system, the general dosage is 5-15ppm, the use of continuous adding is appropriate.
Packaging and storage:
This product is packaged in plastic drums of 25kg or 250kg each, which can also be determined according to user needs. Store indoors in a cool and ventilated place, with a storage period of ten months.
Safety protection:
PBTC is acidic and should avoid contact with eyes, skin, or clothing. Once splashed onto the body, it should be immediately rinsed with plenty of water.
