Applications:

DPO-HQ is a new reactive organophosphorus flame retardant. It is used as non halogen active flame retardant of epoxy resin, copper clad laminate and potting material, as well as polymer with excellent heat resistance and hydrolysis resistance. It can be used in PCB, semiconductor packaging and engineering plastics. It is reported that DPO-HQ can be stored at room temperature after being miscible with epoxy resin, and the flame retardant performance after curing is superior. When the phosphorus content is 1.8%, the curing flame retardant grade reaches UV 94 V-0, while the same effect can be achieved when the phosphorus content of DOPO p-benzoquinone adduct (DOPD-HQ) reaches 2.1%. The addition ofDPO-HQ flame retardant is small, which can better maintain the good mechanical properties of halogen-free flame retardant epoxy resin cured products.
